Life Skills Trainers can help you navigate finding healthcare that fits your individual needs, such as driving you to appointments, helping you create a plan to take your medication daily, and finding ways to remain healthy in your community and in your daily life. This could include local walks in your neighborhood, finding hiking trails, going to your local YMCA to take up a yoga class, or to simply improve your water intake. Here are some resources:
